NARC Kenya Party Leader Martha Karua is breathing fire over statements by Jubilee's Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju on judiciary. The former Gichugu Member Of Parliament want hasty clarification from the Jubilee Party over comments made by Tuju on Monday night while being interviewed at NTV. Martha Karua says that such a statement coming from leaders close to the President are threats to the entire judiciary. The Secretary General said that judges should the meaning if interdependence because the need police to escort them home as they finish their ruling.
Raphael Tuju statements, according to the NARC Kenya Party Leader are nothing but threats and intimidation not only to judges but also to the entire judiciary. Therefore, Martha Karua want the DCI and National police service to be on alert.
"This is a veiled threat to judges and DCI Kenya and National Police Service And Office Of Director Of Public Prosecution ought to be on alert and Jubilee Party should clarify whether the veiled threat is the official Party Position," said Martha Karua.
