Major Setback In Ruto's UDA Camp As Top Political Party Dismisses Being Affiliated To UDA

The United Democratic Movement Party has dismissed the recent reports that it was affiliated with United Democratic Alliance Party or any other Party in Kenyan Politics.

In a statement the party stated that at the moment it had no connection with any political party but was ready in talks with any party or presidential candidate in the next year's 2022 General elections.

"As it stands, no presidential aspirant candidate has reached out our party for a Coalition or for a support", reads a statement from United Democratic Movement Party.

United Democratic Movement is a dominant party in the North region. Among its major stakeholders are Madera Governor Ali Roba and his Marsabit Counterpart Mohammed Ali

Ali Roba is the a party's Leader while Mihamud Ali the Deputy Party Leader. Eldas Member of Parliament Adam Keynan is also a strong member of the United Democratic Movement Party(UDM). Photo:Deputy President William Ruto
