The former Starehe Constituency aspirant addressing the press aired his dissatisfaction with Junet Mohammed sentiments he made at Nyamira County claiming if ODM wins Presidential elections the government will be for Nyanza people.

The politician also accused Junet for hiring goons that attacked Jimmy Wanjigi in his visit to Migori County.
Mbogo, who is fronting for Jimmy Wanjigi to take up ODM leadership, urged the party to have a nomination.
"ODM belongs to all of us. We don't have time for jest which are juvenile banter. Kenya belongs to all of us and we need to understand that as the youth of this nation, our fight is against poverty, unemployment not regions," said Mbogo
Hitting out at ODM Raila's supporters,Steve Mbogo called upon Jimmy Wanjigi to be respected.
Steve Mbogo went on condemning Sifuna's remarks that youth wanted curfew to end so that Kenyans can drink and enjoy.
"The reason we want a party nomination is because of funny characters such as Junet and Sifuna. Don't think your boss is bigger than mine. Sifuna if you want to drink keep it to yourself," noted Mbogo
