During their tour, Rigathi and Ruto both urged residents to vote for the Kenya Kwanza team to form the next administration.
This remarkable visit took place just hours after Martha Karua and his Azimio crew finished touring Nyeri area. The event was attended by Nyeri legislators who support former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as their chosen presidential candidate.
However, after seeing a large audience today, Nyeri town legislator Ngunjiri Wambugu has condemned the Kenya Kwanza squad.Deputy President William Ruto and his staff had already persuaded residents to send "Kameko" home.
This enraged Ngunjiri, who had been punching holes in his constituency's massive rally.Ngunjiri has challenged Rigathi Gachagua, a close associate of deputy president William Ruto, to return to Nyeri alone if he believes he can control such a gathering.
