Members of the selection panel presided by Speaker of the County Assembly Dominic Ron vetted and commended Mrs. Ngok before proposing their report in the house. The report was totally accepted by the MCAs.
During her selection, Mrs. Ngok said she will not struggle being like Kikwai as she had her own different elegance of leaderships also said that she worked adjacent to the deputy governor and she knows how the office she is nominated maneuvers.
Mrs. Ngok’s biography states that she is a teacher tugged from the world of academia and assigned CEC in 2019 in charge of Education and Social Services, she served in 11 months.
Also, she is a former Dean at Kisii University,Kericho town campus for six years, having earlier held the place of senior administrative subordinate’s was also a high school teacher for 14 years before being hired at university .She hold a master’s degree in Religion and Bachelor of Education Arts from Egerton university.
The MCAs applauded Governor Paul Chepkwony for selecting a woman to substitute former governor .They expressed buoyancy that Ms Ngok would be managerial and powerful in the executive as she has attributes that typify that of late Kidwai.
Professor Chepkwony made the nomination in March 26 in a letter front warded to the County Assembly for candidate assessing.
