Politics is a game plan that requires a good strategy for One to clinch the victory. Yesterday, Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) conducted various by elections in different parts of the country such as in Matungu constituency, Kabuchai constituency and London Ward in Nakuru county.
IEBC has already announced Kabuchai by election results where by Ford-Kenya's candidate Majimbo Kalasinga has been declared the new winner after garnering over 19,000 votes against Evans Kakai of United Democratic Alliance (UDA) who came second with over 6,000 votes. This is a boost to Ford-Kenya's leader Moses Wetangula ahead of 2022 general elections.
Yesterday's exercise in Kabuchai, was marred by alot of violence and many cases of bribery were reported. Police Officers were forced to lobby teargas in some areas and top government lawmakers such as Didmus Barasa, Samson Cherargei and many more were arrested by the police officers.
In conclusion, this is good news to Ford-Kenya's leader Moses Wetangula as the party has retained the seat that was left vacant by the late James Lusweti who died last year in December.
