Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has hinted through his official twitter page alleging that the action by police IG Hilary Nzioki Mutyambai to nominate Deputy IG Noor Gabow as the acting IG is null and void.
According to him president Uhuru Kenyatta ought to comply with the law and appoint CS Fred Matiangi as the acting IG.
"The action by Police IG Hilary Nzioki Mutyambai to nominate Deputy IG Noor Gabow as Acting IG is null and void &. President Uhuru Kenyatta ought to comply with the law & appoint Hon. Dr. Fred Matiang’i as Ag. IG. The law must be complied with". Lawyer Donald Kipkorir wrote.
