KENYA National Qualifications Authority CEO Dr. Juma Mukhwana has noted that the BBI should help all Kenyans and not just a section of the republic as it's a special document meant to unite all Kenyans.
Changing the constitution is a very serious venture because it it will fundamentally affect our lives and the future generations urging the lawmakers to approach the Bill with a clear and sober mind.
The Bill should be able to foster peace especially now that the nation is approaching the general elections and citizens are Keen not to experience the past catastrophic repercussions as a result of elections results.
Dr Mukhwana noted that the most Kenyans expect the BBI to strengthen their electoral and other independent institutions so that election contestants can gracefully accept the outcome of the election.
Director Mukhwana said that the Bill should protect all Kenyans to work anywhere, do business with anyone and cultivate an enabling environment for stability of investments.
