The former premier has tried his stab in the presidential election five times. In this year's presidential election, Rail Odinga has yet again disputed the election results announced by Wafula Chebukati yesterday at Bomas of Kenya.
The IEBC vice-chairman, Juliana Cherera stated i her press conference that the process was opaque.
Raila Odinga notes that after Chebukati received the results two hours before the announcement, and informed the commissioners.
However, 4 commissioners led by Juliana Cherera walked out claiming that the chairman did not give them an opportunity to discuss the final results received form the polling stations
The question many questions ask is does the IEBC have the mandate to discuss already final results coming from the polling stations based at the sub-counties.
Raila Odinga promises to follow the law and it seems he will file a petition at the Supreme Court within its deadline which is 7 days from the announcement date of the president elect results.
