The United Democratic Alliance party which is led by the deputy president Dr. William Samoei Ruto have for the past week received several defectors from other political parties to the hustler nations party; United Democratic Alliance party.
Through his official Twitter account, the second in command, that is the deputy president, welcomed the Deputy Governor for Makueni who have defected to the United Democratic Alliance party.
Makueni county is one of the county's where it is deemed to be Kalonzo Musyokas stronghold. The move by the deputy governor for Makueni, Adelina Mwau have raised eyebrows amongst social users after the recent move by the Makueni County Governor to shelve off his presidential ambitions to support the former prime minister and the party leader of the Orange Democratic Movement, Rt. Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga.
