Kenyans React After DCI Recalled Officers Deployed to Provide Security at Citizen TV

Kenyans are reacting differently after DCI allegedly recalled officers attacked at Royal Media Service stations, and those providing security for RMS boss, SK Macharia.

DCI yesterday had said they would summon journalists behind 'Silaha Mtaani" that aired on Citizen TV on Sunday

DCI boss George Kinoti noted that the media house failed to follow all the protocols before airing the same

"In this regard, and pursuant to the provisions granted by Section 52 of the National Police Service Act, the Editorial Director, Director Strategy and Innovation and the relevant reporter of Royal Media Services will be summoned to this office to record statements," DCI had said in a statement on Tuesday.

Sources have revealed that all officers linked to RMS have been recalled. Editors and reporters behind the Silaha Mtaani have also been summoned.

Kenyans have since taken to social media to say the following:

Amor Amor: Big shame to Kinoti, he's now proving that NPS is failed institution!!
