Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) yesterday confirmed that they have cleared only four presidential candidates who will be seeking to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Safina Party presidential candidate Hon Jimmy Wanjigi was yesterday turned down by the Commission over a lack of Degree certificate. Wanjigi assured his supporters that he will be on the ballot in the August polls.
And now, Hon Jimi Wanjigi has shared that he is set to make a major announcement any time from now.It is remembered that Hon Jimi Wanjigi early this year attended the United Democratic Alliance UDA party National Delegation Conference meeting.
There is high speculation that Jimi Wanjigi if will fail to be cleared by IEBC might team up with Deputy President William Ruto who was recently cleared by IEBC to seek the top seat in the August Election with his running Mate Hon Rigathi Gachagua.
What are your thoughts on Hon Wanjigi's next move? Share your opinion in the comments section.
