Several sources who are part of the justice and legal affairs committee (JLAC) of the national assembly that was probing the conduct of the four dissenting independent electoral and boundaries commission (IEBC) Commissioners, dubbed the Cherera four, has come out to disclose what the committee has decided ahead of tomorrow's session in the national assembly.
According to the source who spoke to The People Daily and who chose to remain anonymous as he is not authorized to speak to the media on behalf of the committee, members of JLAC who had retreated to Norfolk hotel to write their report have decided to send Juliana Cherera and three others home.
The lawmaker revealed that the move by the four to skip attending the committee sessions despite being summoned orchestrated their eventual fate.
"There is nothing much for us to do about this. This is an obvious matter. These commissioners will go home," he disclosed.

Majority of those who have decided to send the Cherera 4 home are said to be from the ruling Kenya Kwanza alliance.
