Ruto took to his Twitter account and said that leaders must step up and commit to working together. He pointed out that they should come with ideas that serve the interest of the people.
On matters to rebuild the country, the second in command advised that we should place economy at the central of the agenda. This will also work in reuniting the nation.
Netizens were quick to react to his message. Some agreed with him while others had different opinions. To some people, the Kisii community was not well represented. George Googi told Ruto that he left his boss for early campaigns. This contradict his advice to other leaders. He was called to lead by example.
