As the 2022 presidential polls continue nearing, politicians from different political parties are also focused in selling their perceived leading agendas ahead of the big event.
A staunch supporter of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party that's led by RT. Raila Amollo Odinga, Embakasi East Member of Parliament, Honourable Babu Owino has expressed his fierce stance concerning Deputy President William Samoei Ruto's Bottom-up economic model.
Using his academic view while explaining the trickle down (top-down) that's evidently cherished by his party boss and DP Ruto's Bottom-up economic model, MP Babu Owino has now claimed that when money and other resources are circulated from the government to the citizens, it creates an increased demand which pushes people to work hard and this will in turn maintain the cash flow between the State and it's people. Hence, growth of the economy will swiftly be boosted.
With that, the powerful politician deconstructed deputy president William Ruto's model arguing that once it's applied, more money and other resources will be circulating within the citizens. This will in turn result to a reluctant nature in the country where citizens don't work because they already have what they need at their homes. Consequently, Kenya's economy will constantly be pulled back due to inadequate active production.
