Currently we have more than three leaders who have expressed interest in running for the presidential seat. Honourable Musalia Mudavadi is one of the candidate who is eying for the top seat. He is busy mobilizing resources and political leaders who will assist him in his bid.
It is believed that Musalia has teamed up with Kalonzo Musyoka and Senator Gideon Moi. They are allegedly planning to form a coalition before 2022 general election.
Musalia has camped in Central Kenya region where he is aiming to woo the region to support him. Today, the former Deputy Prime Minister in Kibaki era held a stakeholders meeting that brought together former members of Parliament at Sagana Gateway Resort in Murang'a county.
It is believed that president Uhuru Kenyatta may support Musalia for the presidential seat in 2022. However, things may change before the next election as one day in politics is a long time that may changed everything.
It is not known whether Musalia Mudavadi's meetings in Central Kenya have blessings from Uhuru Kenyatta or not. He Musalia trying to capitalize the leadership vacuum that is being witnessed in Mt Kenya?
