Speculations are ripe on what exactly could be the reson as to why furnitures and other assets belonging to Weston hotel are being transported out of the hotel which is associated with Deputy President William Ruto. Although details about the removal of the assets are still scanty, popular blogger Jaluth has revealed that Lorries have been spotted ferrying belonging from the hotel.

There has been a tussle between the hotels management and the Kenya Airports Authority, after it emerged that the land that the hotel sits on belongs to the KAA. The hotel made headlines a few years ago, after the management erected a perimeter wall in what was believed to be a playground that belonged to Langata Road primary school
