The controversial member of Parliament of South Mugirango, Silvenus Osoro has done the unthinkable again. Osoro, who was officiating a school bus to Nyagichenje Highschool left the Tongues Waging after choosing to dress a full school uniform of the school.

Parents, teachers and students who were in attendance could not hide the mixed joy. While they celebrated for receiving a brand new Schoolbus, they were also excited by the Mp Osoro wearing the school uniform of Nyagichenje High school.

He was dressed in a maroon sweater, black trouser and a white shirt. This is the full school uniform of Nyagichenje school. While Officiating the bus, he joined the parents and students in a dance.

Mp Osoro fulfilled the promise by issuing the bus. This is after he had promised the parents and teachers two years ago. The bus which costs 5 Milions was partially funded by the costituency Development Fund and a contribution by parents. This is the third bus he is officiating in his South Mugirango constituency.
