Boni Khalwale Has Urged Musalia Mudavadi to Work With William Ruto Ahead of the 2022 Polls

The former Kakamega county senator Hon. Dr Boni Khalwale has this evening called upon the Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi to shelve his presidential bid and support the deputy president of the republic of Kenya Dr William Ruto.

Dr. Khalwale said that he supported Mudavadi in 2013 for presidential bid and time has come when he should support somebody else.

On the other side, Hon. Ruto has declared his presidential bid on the United Democratic Alliance party that is advocating for the bottom up economic model.

Khalwale has made the remarks through his twitter account where he said "I fully understand the significance of @MusaliaMudavadi becoming president. (In fact that is why I supported him aggressively in 2013) I am however persuaded that for now his best option is to work with @WilliamsRuto and @UDAKenya."

In conclusion, Dr Boni Khalwale has declared interest in vying for Kakamega gubernatorial seat come August next year.
