Uhuru's Advice That Would Have Saved DP Ruto From Raila Odinga's Looming Political Rollers

Before UhuRuto's unprecedented fallout, their political marriage was hyped to last twenty years in a ten-ten share basis. Raila's dramatic infiltration to Jubilee Government's bowels is said to be the primary cause of the former's strained relationship.

Barely a year to the country's next elections, Ruto is chanting his own course to actualize his 2022 Statehouse dream. Of the political ingredients expected to give a breakthrough is courting Mt Kenya region.

Before the fallout, Uhuru was expected to return hand by galvanizing his people to throw their gauntlets behind the man from Sugoi. Since that is now impractical, Jomo's son was humane enough to advise his deputy of the easiest route he could use to climb Mt Kenya.

Chairing a Mt Kenya delegates meeting earlier this year in Sagana State Lodge, the outgoing head of state challenged Samoei to use a front door in his bid to climb and conquer Mt Kenya region.

Instead of using the region's political neonates, Uhuru was of a believe that by courting the region's mantelpiece bearers, he will easily establish himself. Ruto turned down Uhuru's advice citing that he is pro-people leader who is only interested with uplifting people's lives.

Nine months later, Uhuru's words have started haunting the second in command and this will reciprocatively deflate Ruto's political wheel. Raila's well-thought approach has resonated well with Mt Kenya's needs and this has seen his odds growing in the region where his name was previously unsellable. Ruto may soon or later gnash teeth for ignoring his master's counsel
