Details are coming in giving reasons why some Azimio politicians converged at Yaya Apartments.
Hon. Raila in an interview with Trevor Ombija has given some light as to why the four met the Azimio representatives. The representatives included: Raphael Tuju and Nick Salat.
This came to light when the manager of the apartments mentioned the names when he appeared before Justice Aggrey Muchelule.
Another allegation reveals that one of Mr. Odinga's close allies settled the bill for their stay at the posh establishment.
Defending their visit, Mr. Odinga said that his team was in protest of the results that were announced and wanted to know 'the truth' of what was happening.
“The politicians were justified to visit the four because they had rejected the results.” He went on, “Our people were justified to find the truth because it was already a fact that results had been announced by Mr. Chebukati,” he told Citizen TV's Trevor Ombija on Tuesday night.
Before the commissioners arrived at the appointments, they had staged a press conference at Serena Hotel.
