The Lang'ata member of Parliament Nickson Korir this morning found it rough after he was attacked by what he said were goons that were brought by a police officer overseeing the election process in London ward.
The angry lawmaker promised to take legal action against the officer who went over board to humiliate him. A confrontation almost occured as the leaders exchanged words with a team of security personnel that are offering security.
Korir went on to say that he had been injured in the process and even when all the battering was taking place, the police were just looking and doing nothing. The Elgeyo Marakwet Kipchumba Murkomen and his counterpart in Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika condemned the incident.
They noted that the Mp was an UDA party agent and the attack happened while he was overseeing the voting process. The leaders added that the police were frustrating some leaders which was was very wrong.
