DAP-K party led by Wafula Wamunyinyi and outgoing CS for Devolution, Hon Eugine Wamalwa has launched a scathing attack on the Executive, accusing it of going to bed with the Judiciary.
The party has alleged efforts by the Executive to compromised the Judiciary and prosecution system to serve their interests.
"The withdrawal of the many corruption cases by DPP Noordin Haji clearly shows a compromised judicial and prosecution system that has gone to bed with the executive to serve their interests," says DAP Kenya's Wafula Wamunyinyi.
The DPP has also withdrawn Sh400M graft case against former Kenya Power MD Ben Chumo and 10 others.
