Kakamega County Deputy Governor Hon Ayub Savula has taken a swipe at Musalia Mudavadi's dress code while Inspecting a guard of honour in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Ayub Savula trolled Musalia Mudavadi alleging how he had dressed casually like a hippie on the slums of Halem.
"Who dresses Musalia Mudavadi? How do you inspect a guard of honour in a foreign capital on behalf of our great Country Kenya dressed casually like a hippie on the slums of Halem? Shock Musalia Mudavadi", Ayub Savula. 
Besides commenting on Musalia's dressed code, Ayub Savula called out the Prime Cabinet Secretary to the youths gets job opportunities and make sure that the agricultural sector is revamped most importantly in the Western region.
"Congratulations Musalia Mudavadi. Lakini hiyo jeku...We want to see Mumias Sugar factory revived? Can we see jobs for our youths? Can we see our agricultural sector revamped? It's only then that Mulembe people will feel good with MM", Ayub Savula.
