According to latest developments from Huruma Eldoret. Thr IEBC has warned candidates planning for any kinds of chaos ahead of expected By-elections.
"With only a few hours left to the Huruma ward by-election, IEBC officials have lauded the 13 candidates in the race for conducting peaceful campaigns that never witnessed chaos and assured them of a free and fair exercise." TV47 reported.
