OKA Rally Temporarily Disrupted By Rowdy Youths In Trans-Nzoia

One Kenya Alliance (OKA) chief partners (Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi, United Democratic Party boss Cyrus Jirongo, Ford Kenya party head Moses Wetangula, KANU chairman Gideon Moi and Wiper party supremo Kalonzo Musyoka) have camped in Sibanga, Cherengany Constituency, Trans-Nzoia county for Uchumi Bora campaigns.

The Alliance which houses the aforementioned five leaders has vowed to walk trail as lone rangers up to 2022 presidential ballot without succumbing to alleged intense pressures pilled against them by the head of state president Uhuru Kenyatta to support Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party chief Raila Odinga's presidency.

While addressing thousands of Sibanga locals, Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka stressed that One Kenya Alliance team will build Kenya from the scratch and revive the ailing country's economy through recovery of public funds which had been alleged drawn from the public coffers illegally.

"One Kenya Alliance (OKA) is destined at uniting Kenyans across the country regardless of their tribe and political affiliation. This is the group (OKA) that you can bet on to make sure that the economy lands in the safe hands. We will get rid off leaders who have stolen public money and subject them to face the wrath of the law" Kalonzo said.

However, the rally almost ended prematurely after Kiminini MP Hon Chris Wamalwa who eyeing for Trans-Nzoia gubernatorial seat in 2022, invited the area MCA to address the crowd. The supporters of the rival faction allied to an MCA hopeful Hon Simiyu thwarted the event with Simiyu chants and heckles forcing Hon Chris Wamalwa to intervene by grabbing the Microphone to cool the hot air.

Here is the link of the live event.

The comes barely a week after the ODM party leader Raila Odinga toured the region while painting hopeful agenda of imputing a 24-hour driven economy when elected the president in 2022.
