According to a post by Mombasa politician and area governor Hassan Joho, the county of Nyeri and especially Othaya has decided it is Raila Odinga. This follows a huge campaign that was launched in favour of Azimio and Raila Odinga who is currently touring the area.
In the post, the vocal politician shared images of Raila's rally which was packed to capacity with hundreds of their support thronging the streets in bid to show love to the team. This being the first ever engagement of the two in tge are since teaming up to form the next administration after Uhuru Kenyatta's legacy.
Joho was part of the team that today stormed Nyeri in a bid to woo the locals to vote for the Azimio team.tbis is despite the region being perceived to be ab ODM zone under the leadership of William Ruto who has been campaigning in the area for months.
