President Dr. William Ruto has not rested from the time he took the power as the President of Kenya.
He has been working day and night, traveling far and wide to ensure that he secures the best for kenyans.
It is also on a move to fulfill his pledge to the kenyans and to liberate them from the hard economic times they have been going through for the last couple of years.
Dr. William Ruto is currently in North Korea where he is strengthening the bilateral trade deals with Kenya.
However, people have expressed concern over the health of the head of state after something not normal was spotted in his legs.

The two legs looked swollen and were well visible since the president had worn the shoes without the socks as is the norm with these types of shoes.
Alina Mohammed was among the first kenyans to notice this raising the debate on whether it is a medical condition or a result of traveling for long distances.
