Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga has toured Rift Valley region, Eldoret town. He was accompanied by his close associates and other political leaders. Raila Odinga received a grand reception from the residents. Eldoret women welcomed ODM party leader Raila Odinga with Mursik milk.
In a video posted by a writer, Raila Odinga thanked the women for serving him with the mursik milk. Raila claims that he feels rejuvenated after taking the Mursik.
Additionally, Raila Odinga talked about Kenya cooperative cremeries (KCC) milk company. He claims that he wrote a letter to the government over the KCC issues. KCC used to belong to farmers but the government bought it. Raila Odinga claims that he wants it back to farmers. And farmers get the value of their milk.
"Maziwa hapa ni nchi ya maziwa. Nimekunywa mursik nasikia niko fresh kabisa. But again look at KCC you approached me over the issues of the KCC and I wrote a letter to the government. KCC used to belong to farmers. It's was for farmers union. We want it back to farmers and make sure that it will not collapse. It will continue to operate appropriately and farmers will be able to get their value for milk. This is what we need to do and that we shall do." says Raila Odinga.
After the speech the residents clapped and applauded for Raila Odinga. For the good things he has to the Kenyans.
