Building Bridges initiative is prone to success immediately Azimio presidential candidate Raila Ondinga is elected the 5th president of Kenya. The ODM members are hopeful to bring the initiative back to the Kenyan book when Raila is elected on the August 2022 general elections.
"The Building Bridges Initiative agenda is not lost in the manner some of those opponents are imagining. We are going to reintroduce it within the first 100 days upon Raila Ondinga getting the oath of the president of the republic of Kenya," Wandanyi says.
His statement meant that the hope of the initiative is bent on the successful election of Raila Ondinga as the next president.
Through the statements of the supreme court, the basic structures of the initiative can be subjected to amendments and more so the reason to say that BBI is not entirely over , stated James Orengo.
"The BBI is not over the supreme court said you can amend any part of the constitution of Kenya so long as you follow the key mechanisms legal and constitutional mechanisms," Said James Orengo.
