Arthur Amugu Osiya has steadily ascended the ranks to rank among the most influential individuals in the nation at the moment. He is the most senior administrator in the President's office and serves as Principal Administrative Secretary in the Executive Office of the President.
Kennedy Kihara, who had been sacked, was replaced by Amugu. At the height of his power, Kihara had an excessive amount of sway over the administration of former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
