The Orange Democratic Movement party (ODM) leaders, today on 7th December held an impromptu meeting in preparation for the mega event scheduled to take place on 10th December at Kasarani stadium.
The meeting was was geared to inspect whether everything were in order, and to ensure a proper preparation ahead of the event, members who were present includes; ODM national chairman John Mbadi, Secretary general Edwin Sifuna, Minority chief whip Junet Mohammed, Homabay women representative Gladys Wanga,Maina kamanda,Hon Simba Harati, hon Richard Onyonka among others.
According to hon Junet and Maina kamanda, they proclaimed that everyone is welcomed and no one will be locked out of the event, they also added that Azimio La Umoja event will bring all Kenyans across the political divide and it will mark the shambolic day when Odinga will also declare his candidatur.
Various dignitaries across African countries are expected to attend, including the president of the republic of Kenya.
