Kenya will stay a solid voice for Africa on the UN Security Council, says Uhuru

President Uhuru Kenyatta has repeated Kenya's solid obligation to propelling Africa's plan at UN Security Council particularly on issue of environmental change and security on the landmass. 

Simultaneously, the President mobilized the Security Council to help more alleviation and variation measures in Africa saying impacts of environmental change are financially affecting the landmass. 

"As a beginning, we can perceive that determined dry seasons, steady ocean level ascents, and progressively successive outrageous climate designs are switching monetary development and advancement acquires accomplished over many years. 

"The outcome is expanded delicacy to unsteadiness and outfitted clash that at that point go to the consideration of this Security Council," the President said. 

President Kenyatta cautioned that the Security Council's command of keeping up worldwide harmony and security will get more enthusiastically in coming years if the danger of environmental change isn't tended to enough. 

"As opposed to hang tight for a future tipping point, we should try harder to coordinate all the assets and multilateral structures of our principles based global request to moderate the impacts of environmental change," President Kenyatta said.
