Gideon Moi and Cyrus Jirongo Missing as Kalonzo and Wanjingi Takes OKA 2022 Campaigns in Makueni

Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is currently leading One Kenya Alliance principals for a mega rally in Makueni county to popularize themselves in the county ahead of 2022 polls.

The rally is currently underway at Unoa grounds in Makueni county. Today's event is led by the former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka and renonwed businessman Jimmy Wanjingi.

KANU national chairman Gideon Moi and UDP party leader Cyrus Jirongo are missing in today's rally in Makueni county. Yesterday the two accompanied Kalonzo and Wanjingi in Kitui mega rally at Kitui stadium.

Several leaders and aspirants from Ukambani region are in attendance in today's rally in Makueni county. They include Makueni senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior, Kitui senator Enock Wambua, Machakos senator Agnes Kavindu, Makueni legislator Daniel Maanzo, Kibwezi East legislator Jessica Mbalu, Kilome legislator Thaddeus Nzambia and Kathiani legislator Robert Mbui.

Kalonzo Musyoka is expected to popularize his 2022 presidential bid in today's rally and also his supporters to massively register as voters in the ongoing voter registration exercise.

All three Ukambani governors are absent in today's rally. Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana, Kitui governor Charity Ngilu and Machakos governor Alfred Mutua have shifted their allegiance to former prime minister Raila Odinga presidential bid.

Tomorrow Kalonzo Musyoka will lead the Wiper brigade for a final rally in Machakos county. The rally will take place at Mulu Mutisya grounds in Machakos county. He will then head to Riftvalley region for a series of political engagements in the region.
