Few days ago, Azimio La Umoja One Kenya coalition ring leader Raila Odinga has offered two leaders new leadership positions in ODM Party. Ledama Olekina and Babu Owino were given various positions but they declined the offer .
According to the source, Babu Owino has alleged that he has no interest in the new appointment by ODM party as the new Secretary for science and technology.
"There is nothing like that and I am not interested in such a position. I have not been told anything. Can you be given a position in your absence," he added.
"I already expressed my interest as Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman. That is what I wanted. I do not know whatever they are proposing to give me. I don't know what is there to be invented in ODM," he stated.
