Today, majority of Azimio leaders were in Kamukunji grounds addressing their supporters. They promised to put the government on check to make sure that they have fulfilled their promises.
However, the Kisumu county Governor Hon. Anyang Nyong'o did not attend the event. According to the reports, the Kisumu county boss was in Statehouse. He was having a meeting with president William Ruto.
He then took to Facebook to speak about the meeting. He revealed that he was glad to be in a meeting with James Cleverly, the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the UK.
Among the people who were together with Anyang Nyong'o include; Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary, Alfred Mutua, Trade Cabinet Secretary, Moses Kuria among other top leader. The main aim was to discuss about the 30 billion Kenya Shillings United Green Project scheduled to be planted in Kisumu county.
