
Ruto's cabinet secretary in-charge of Defense jetted back to the country after his tour of Somalia and headed straight to garissa where he has been camping to consolidate the locals to vote for The United democratic Alliance aspirant in the coming mini election.

Today the cabinet secretary meeting up with kalenjin voters who reside in garissa town and who are expected to take part in the coming polls after the seat was declared vacant following the resignation of Aden Duale who took up another role in ruto's administration.

The voters have openly indicating that they will support the united democratic Alliance aspirant who happens to be Dekow who is also a former military man and seeking to replace the current cabinet secretary in charge of Defence.

So far the cabinet secretary has exhibited confidence that candidate will carry the day during the January election. Duale is keen to retain the seat which was being held by a Kenya kwanza member of parliament.
