The second in command William Ruto was today holding meeting with the deputy governor of Bungoma county today at his Karen residence in Nairobi county before attending the presidential state of nation address in parliament today.
According to the second in command they were discussing with prof. Charles Kibanani Ngome to discuss matters partaining infrastructure and public works. This becomes one of main agendas come 2022 to ensure that his bottom up economic model will be in place.

Meanwhile high expectations from President Uhuru Kenyatta as he is set give his last presidential state of nation address today in parliament where his deputy is among those in attendance.
