Few hours after the official launching of Hustler's Fund by President William Ruto, Mathare Member of Parliament Hon. Antony Oluoch now claim that the given cash is CDF Funds being shortchanged. The Second term ODM lawmaker said it is wrong for the UDA government to scam Kenyans with CDF funds being changed as Hustler's Fund.
Speaking to journalists today evening, Hon. Aluoch alleged that MPs have not received the CDF money hence suspected that the money is being channeled for the new program. Aluoch said, "We have not received our CDF money and we suspect that this is part of the money that is being channeled to this Hustler’s fund. Let the Kenya Kwanza government not cheat innocent suffering Kenyans."
During the just concluded August general elections campaigns, President Ruto used Hustler's Fund as one of his campaign pillars. The money will have a 8% interest spread yearly. To access the Hustler's Fund program dial *254# and follow prompts given.
