Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is one of the leaders who already declared their presidential interest in the coming general election. After deputizing Raila Odinga in the 2013 and 2017 general elections, Kalonzo Musyoka claimed that he can not repeat that 'mistake' again. He claimed that he is now ripe and ready to take over the top seat. It will not be the first time he will be going for the seat, he went for it in 2007 but ended up losing terribly.
Today, Kalonzo Musyoka was yet again with Musalia Mudavadi, Gideon Moi and Moses Wetangula. They promised to work together in the Kabuchai parliamentary by-election, Matungu parliamentary by-election, Machakos senatorial by-election and even in the coming elections.
In his speech while in Kabuchai as aired by KTN News at their 1pm news, Kalonzo Musyoka left Kenyans talking after dropping a powerful statement. According to the Wiper party leader, 'Punda amechoka'. He claimed that the citizens are tired of bad leadership, political brokers and those politicians who use the people for their own personal interests.
