With only less than three months remaining to the general election which is scheduled to be on August this year, honorable Oscar Sudi who is the member of Parliament representing the people of Kapsaret in the national assembly was accused of forging academic qualitlfications which he used to vie for the parliamentary seat.
Mr. Sudi who is beleived to be a close associate of the deputy president honorable William Ruto, who is the party leader for UDA and currently spearheading the Kenya Kwanza coalition amongst other core principals including the former vice president honorable Musalia Mudavadi of Amani National Congress party, and senator of Bungoma honorable Moses Masika Wetangula of Ford Kenya party. 
The honorable member has lost bid to have his trial after the 9th of August this year, his request has been refused by the court as this is likely to be conducted after the general elections according to his will.
