Azimio la umoja one flag bearer and Luo-Nyanza Kingpin Hon Raila Odinga has maintained that the 2022 elections results were doctored in favour of his nemesis, William Ruto. Apparently, he has elicited divided opinions online after noting millions of his ardent supporters call him Baba.
Raila was speaking during a recent meeting with Azimio delegates in Nairobi when he made the remarks. Sources have divulged that Azimio were discussing their crucial plans in relation to the defection they are currently facing after they lost to KKA in the concluded presidential elections.
"I have been around with you for long. Millions of you voted for me in the last election. We won that election, the truth will come out, I know that. Millions of you call me Baba." Said Raila
The former prime minister has also touched on the arms of government that are jeopardizing, revealing that the judiciary service commission is among the, claiming it has been captured by the executive arm, led by president Ruto, such that, they withdraw case related to government dignitaries.
"The criminal justice system is collapsing. That is why cases are rapidly being dropped, criminals are being celebrated and turned into prosecution witnesses," he added.
This comes moments after president Ruto announced the suspension of Cherera four commissioners for interfering with 2022 elections results.
The four have been assigned a committee to interogate them and come up with a full report that that will decide on their fate.
