According to Kericho senator Aaron Cheruiyot, "Your point is extremely valid... But CS Murkomen can solve it by punishing the bad behavior... We have cameras, we have smart plates... Let people pay the price of misbehaving on the road... They will behave better rather than pay." He warned.
