Since the outbreak of the corona virus disease in the country, death has been striking this nation hard. Many people have been left mourning their beloved ones and national hero and again today, sadness rocked the Nation early in the morning as death did strike again this time taking away former Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri's nephew.
Through his official twitter account, Mwangi Kiunjuri who has been vocal in recent days when it comes to the 2022 general election mourned his nephew Gerald Kiunjuri Kariuki. He emotionally described the deceased who was a 4th year student at the JKUAT as a young promising soul.
"It with a heavy heart that I announce the sudden death of my beloved nephew, Gerald Kiunjuri Kariuki. Gerald was a recent 4th year student at JKUAT. A young promising soul has been dimmed. May God rest his soul in peace." Tweeted Mwangi Kiunjuri.
That is a sad news which makes it a sad morning not only to Mwangi Kiunjuri and the family but also to the whole nation. May she rest in peace.
