If there is a politician who has proven unpredictable both in his actions and deeds,it is the deputy president William Ruto.
He will be all over complaining about how the government has failed to deliver to the people since the 2018 handshake which saw him get sidelined and robbed of his responsibility while on the other side taking credits for its success.
However, the dp has left many surprised after taking a break from his daily political rallies across the country to attend to matters of national concern.
This comes several years since he was denied access to government projects seeing him lose his responsibilities as deputy president of Kenya.
He is currently chairing the intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC) meeting alongside several governors.
Among those present are 9 governors,3 people from the executive and 2 others from independent commissions.
