Speculations Rife After DP Ruto's Latest Move Towards Kalonzo Musyoka

Wiper party leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka is a man under focus at this moment in time as far as latest political developments in Kenya are concerned. The Wiper Party boss made a bold move of bolting out of Azimio Coalition after the outfit's presidential flagbearer, Raila Amolo Odinga failed to pick him as his running mate.

Raila instead settled on NARC Kenya party leader Martha Wangari Karua,a move that occasioned and precipitated this latest move by Kalonzo. The Wiper Party boss now joins the long list of Kenyan ladies and gentlemen who are out to succeed President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta as the fifth President of the Republic of Kenya.

Being the third horse in the forthcoming presidential contest,Kalonzo has become so flowery and darling politically as many believe that he stands a higher chance of playing a kingmaker role should he opt to join either Raila's Azimio La Umoja One Kenya or Kenya Kwańza Alliance led by Deputy President William Samoei Ruto.

Wading into this matter, DP Ruto has now urged Kalonzo to join his Kenya Kwańza brigade and never to return again to Azimio La Umoja One Kenya outfit led by Raila.

While speaking during Kenya Kwańza rally in Machakos County on Friday,Ruto sympathises with Kalonzo owing to humiliation he underwent through in Azimio-OKA outfit. Could it be that the Country's second in Command has sensed an anthill task ahead should the former Vice President rejoin Azimio? Or could there be silent talks between him (Ruto) and Kalonzo Musyoka ahead of August ninth? Only time will tell.
