"Listen To Me" Manyora Tells Uhuru, Raila & Kalonzo Key Things They Should Do After Jacaranda Rally

Herman Manyora, a political commentator, has stated that President Uhuru Kenyatta, ODM leader Raila Odinga and Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka should move with haste and prepare the country in a way that shows they will be winning the August elections.

According to Manyora, what happened on Saturday March 12 at Jacaranda Grounds where Kalonzo declared his support for Raila's bid should be treated as the Azimio Coalition's foundation, owing to the number of supporters who attended the meeting, and also the diverse leadership that was also present.

Speaking with Look-Up TV, the University of Nairobi lecturer argued that at the moment, Kenyans are of the opinion that Deputy President William Ruto is ahead of Raila, and thus the trio should ensure they have a structured campaign trail that will help them to consolidate their votes in Raila's favour.

"If I were Raila and Uhuru, what I will do first is to consolidate my gains and votes like today, that will be clear that they are winning, after that, let them work on their narratives let everybody see that you are the one headed to victory if not, they will wish they listened to me.

They have to prepare the country for a Raila presidency, let them shift the country from the thoughts Ruto will winning to Raila's side by end of June, after that let them make sure IEBC has the enough resources to carry out a free and fair elections," he said.
