The unveiling of the Nark Kenya leader Hon Martha Karua as the Azimio designate deputy President by the ODM leader Rt Hon Raila Odinga has changed the tune of the succession politics especially in the Mt. Kenya region where the former prime minister is expected to reap big.
Karua has managed to lead other Azimio leaders in successful rallies in two consecutive days starting from her home county in Kirinyaga where she received a heroic welcome and in his Meru rally today. She has received the boost of other vocal politicians in the area including Sabina Chege, Kanini Kega, and CS Peter Munya.
After taking Meru County by a storm today, Kanini Kega has been excited with Martha Karua and decided to send a coded message to the Ruto's running mate Hon Rigathi Gachagua.
"Yule mtu wa kuomba mchele na nyama ikulu, tafuta job ingine kiti imeenda na Baba na Martha the 5th. Meru just confirmed it," he wrote in his Facebook page.
Rigathi Gachagau has been receiving criticism from the Azimio online influencers after he pleaded with Ruto to help the Kikuyu community celebrate winning elections by opening the Othaya State House lounge and serving them free food.
