Miguna has quickly to the former Nairobi governor Evans Kidero proposal of joining force with his in the quest of liberating Luo community from the longest serving opposition leader in Kenya and a political veteran Raila Odinga. Kidero contested for gubernatorial seat in Homabay but he was defeated by Gladys Wanga and he feels it is because of Raila's influence to the residents of Homabay county.
He has quickly figured out the best way to bring the strong leader down is joining force with the one of fearless leader in Nyanza region and the best candidate is none other than Miguna Miguna. Kidero wrote to Miguna requesting that join him in putting an end to Raila. Miguna has replied to Kidero's requesting saying that he is late but he will consider it once he lands in Kenya bit first he must make somethings clear before they come to an agreement. He didn't said the specific things but he seems to have considered Kidero's request since it will not be that easy to send Raila to a permanent retirement.
