Aden Duale Sends Urgent Message to Uhuru Concerning 2022, Lecturers Charity Ngilu on Corruption

Garissa Township MP Aden Duale has called upon President Uhuru Kenyatta to 'detach' himself from political leaders seeking his endorsement for the presidential seat in 2022's elections.

Speaking in Thika on Thika on Saturday after accompanying Deputy President William Ruto, Duale told Kenyatta to compete his term in peace, and retire from politics, adding that all the Kenyans who supported Jubilee party in 2017 from Mount Kenya, Rift Valley and Coastal region are all behind Ruto's bid.

'I am telling President Uhuru Kenyatta, we love you, you have a good legacy, leave alone those who are disturbing you and retire peacefully, our candidate come 2022 is the chief hustler," said Duale.

A day after Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu claimed that Ruto is not fit to contest for presidency in 2022 due to graft allegations, Ruto's allies have ganged up against her.

Duale on his side alleged that Ngilu should not school anyone on corruption, since she has several cases to answer despite the offices of National Water corporation being set on fire when she was the Water CS, in addition to the Finance offices in Kitui County.

The former Majority Leader in the National Assembly added that the recognized Ukambani kingpin is Kalonzo Musyoka, calling him to join hands with Ruto ahead of 2022.
